In a great central location, within walking distance to a main street and a chapel, the units here are beautifully decorated, the staff at the reception desk are caring, and the bedrooms are spacious.

The bed was very clean. the rooms were good sized and brand-new. the continental breakfast offered appetizing food. the location was unbeatable, near the river and very close to the historical center of beautiful Lucerne, attractions, buses, and trams.

We really enjoyed our rooms with a big bathroom. The breakfast was included, which was a bonus. The location was excellent; for example, the Lion monument was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Had an excellent stay by an extra 2 nights, everything was lovely. Greatly enjoyed the double room with big bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV were a nice touch. Its location was favourable and magnificent, close to major attractions easy to walk everywhere, and in a wonderful area.
